OneMoreEvent 0
Why am I getting cut off at 37.1MB when the free limit is 60MB?? Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 10,343 Posted December 26, 2014 Level 5* Share Posted December 26, 2014 So. What version of Evernote are you using, and what does your account information in Evernote.com say? Link to comment
OneMoreEvent 0
Wow! You are quick! I'm on Version 6.0.5 How do I find what my account information says? When I look at account Info in the Evernote / Account Info Drop down, it says Current Monthly usage 37.1 of 60MB (and that it resets in 21 days) Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 10,343 Posted December 26, 2014 Level 5* Share Posted December 26, 2014 Try https://www.evernote.com/Settings.action and log in. you should be able to see your usage there. The web version is (by definition) the only figure on which you should rely. Link to comment
OneMoreEvent 0
Well that link is good to know, but MY USAGE at that site says that I'm only at 22.9MB ...which still doesn't explain why I get that annoying "You've reached your limit" banner when I try to even press the space bar... Why is the limit cutting short of the 60MB?? Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 10,343 Posted December 26, 2014 Level 5* Share Posted December 26, 2014 Try clearing out your Trash notebook and any Conflicting Changes notes / notebooks you may have - then sync / sign out and back in to your account. Link to comment
OneMoreEvent 0
Well that was a good exercise to clean out the trash! No conflicting changes notes, and still getting the "limit" message after logging out, shutting down and restarting. Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 10,343 Posted December 26, 2014 Level 5* Share Posted December 26, 2014 OK now we try the advanced bit. Do you have unsynced notes or Local (unsynced) notebooks? If so, export them to ENEX files Uninstall Evernote with AppCleaner to remove all Evernote files. Re-download and install Evernote Log in to your account and check usage again... Link to comment
