Be sure to sync whenever you enter or leave each platform to prevent conflicts. If this doesn't work, file a support ticket. Other points.On the desktop apps you can set the synchronization frequency in options. The IOS app is supposed to sync when you complete an edit an close the note. This will happen unless you aren't on wifi and you have checked sync on wifi only in the EN IOS options menu, Link to comment
xlknowenjoy 2 Posted January 11, 2015 Author Share Posted January 11, 2015 Thanks your advice.I only met the conflict situation when I use my iOS version.When I edit note on Mac,it does not happen.But these days it seems it can run well.Though I still can not offline my notebooks.Download progress bar of offline notebooks is stuck all the time.Thanks again! For offline notebooks go to settings on the IOS device to check which notebooks you want to be offline. Offline means the content of those note will be available when you don't have an internet connection. Link to comment
