Can't get the english version!

Hi ,

 

Just downloaded Evernote. I live in Germany and want the english version. Tried the download from the english website but it still operates in German.

Is it at all possible? Hope someone can help out,

The UI language settings are real easy to change on Windows... however, I just tinkered on Mac... and can't find where to change language preferences. Only thing I came up with was maybe you could reset your system wide language setting on your Mac. It says that you may have to restart your application for it to take effect. Not sure if that would help. The other thing is that maybe you would need to do a fresh install and make sure you've downloaded and installed the English version.

Hi. There is no English version. Evernote follows your OS settings. Change your computer language settings if you want to see English, or you could use the Web version.

Thanks for the fast reply. I already had my OS settings in english but it still showed the German version. After I uninstalled the German version and reinstalled Evernote from the english site again and removed German as secondary language in my OS settings it now runs OK.  Thanks again.
