CharlieRIA 1 Posted December 22, 2014 Posted December 22, 2014 I have tried twice now to upgrade to Premium taking advantage of the Wall Street Journal Offer.When I go into Evernote it asks if I want to upgrade to Premium - and if I say yes it looks for a Credit Card.If I try again to access Premium and the WSJ Site it tells me that I've already taken advantage of the offer. So I am unable to access Premium even tho' WSJ says I already have it. BUT I DON'T. My this is annoying!!! CharlieRIA

This is a user forum and we don't have access to any account information, but Customer Services will deal with your query as a matter of priority - though this being a heavy holiday period I'm not exactly sure what that will mean...
