(Archived) Feature Request: Bigger attachment "buttons" on the iPhone

I love it in general, but it would be SO much more useful on the iPhone for me, if there wasn't such a teeny-tiny icon/button for a note that only contains an attachment. For me, this is usually either a PDF or an audio file (voice memo), and this comprises a large amount of my notes in general. For the audio files, a large "play" button that takes up the entire width of the screen would be ideal. For the PDFs, if that's the only content of the note, it should just go ahead and display the PDF starting with the first page, much like is possible in the defunct but excellent Journler app on the Mac. I don't suppose there's a way to adjust settings so that either of these things are possible?
