Bug: URLs not automatically hyperlinking

Evernote no longer hyperlinks URLs when entered in a note. Please fix

Hi - unfortunately I can't load the screencast without updating/ installing stuff.  Can you explain what happens?  I take it you type a URL which is correctly displayed as text,  but it's not a clickable link?  There's a new version http://6.0.4 Beta 2 - which might help...

Correct. I type in www.evernote.com, as an example, and Evernote doesn't automatically make it a clickable hyperlink. 

 

I'd rather not use a beta to see if it fixes. I'll wait until next final release. Thanks!

No-one else has reported the same issue (AFAIK),  so it may just be an installation glitch - you could restart your Mac or uninstall/ reinstall the app meantime..

I tried restarting my Mac and reinstalling the app and it did not help. Where can I submit this as a bug to ensure Evernote fixes it in a future release?

Submit a BUG report via an EN Support Ticket. In the Support Form, select "Report a bug, crash, or data lost", and start the Ticket Title with "BUG:  " to make it clear.  Reporting a bug should be available to all users, including Free Account owners.
