Need to "lock" notebooks, or an un-do function

There needs to be a way to either "LOCK" notebooks or otherwise an "Un-do" function.

 

It's far too easy to accidentally drag a notebook around. Often I'm just trying to scroll, and if my mouse is slightly off the scroll bar it causes me to move whatever random notebook was at that location. I often don't even realize what I moved so it's a hassle to fix what I did.
