emarieke 2 Posted December 10, 2014 Share Posted December 10, 2014 I have a basic account and my monthly allowance reset today. After using the web clipper once I seem to have used it all. My account info says that it will reset in 30 days. This seems like a mistake to me. Is there any way for basic account holders to contact Evernote for fixes like this? Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 10,332 Posted December 10, 2014 Level 5* Share Posted December 10, 2014 Hi - if your upload status shows "days left in cycle" as anything other than 30 then it hasn't reset yet. Check under 'Settings' via Evernote Web. To save notes until then, use a Local Notebook and move any notes into your synced notebooks once you have the headroom to do so. Link to comment

I then rechecked my desktop version and it still hadn't changed but then a few minutes later it righted itself. Thank you so much! Link to comment
