(Archived) Photo to text: do I need to do anything?

I took a photo of a wine bottle to test out the photo to text feature. I couldn't find a way to ask it to read the image to identify text. Can somebody tell me where that is? Or does it do it automatically? Mine wasn't transcribed even though the text is big and clear.

The technology is used to allow you to search for those notes. This doesn't provide an OCR transcription.
