evernote sync error on win7: EDAMNotFoundException

Recently, I met a sync issue, 23:17:11 [10528] 100% EDAMNotFoundException: id="Note.guid" key="fd5a6998-52bf-4c50-9e38-39b84c261215"

this caused me sync failure on Windows 7.

I tried methods on evernote forum, but all falied.

in the end, I have to clear all my content on the web server and pc client . this wastes me 1G or more data trafic.

worse than that, the sync function still does not work on all my 2 Windows pc.

 

in summary,

I want my account data content reset or fix my account sync error 

could you add 1G data traffic to my account?

Hi.  As a premium member you'd do better raising a support ticket and trying the Chat function (weekdays,  LA time). This is a user forum and we don't have the access to alter account details.

I have already sent the ticket serveral days ago and just now but got no reply and is waiting for answer.

Hmmn.  I gathered that this is a connection from China,  and there are several threads on that issue -

If you post the ticket number here,  we may be able to get an Admin person to chase it up - meantime anyone else got ideas on syncing to the US from there?

the ticket number is 861752 and 861772, they are the same

by the way, I already used the method signing in and out , unstall and re-install and restart PC, VPN, ....etc.

they all did not work.
