(Archived) Cut pictures as jpeg?

In the client software (I use the Mac version), it would be nice to right click "cut as jpg" to pictures. When I have a real picture of something (say, a whiteboard) that I want to paste into an email, pdf doesn't let me resize the image or crop it to the relevant bits. E.g., I took a photo of a whiteboard to remind me to respond to a question. The photo was of a diagram of which only a small chunk was relevant. I wanted to crab it as a photo and crop it in Mail.app. Instead, I used the cut and paste feature of the Mac desktop to achieve the same thing, but I know most people don't know that feature exists.

AFAIK, Evernote does not support image cropping. It's done in your third party software. I know that's the way it is on Windows & iPhone.

Right-click on the image and Open it in your favorite image editor to crop it. Then Save the image, and it should be updated automatically in Evernote.
