requests for quadruple logins on public service system

I use evernote on multiple desktop computers in different work offices/ sites. They are part of a large computer network managed by a state education dept in Aust.

(I also have them synced with evernote on home laptop, iPad and Android phone.)

 

A login (username and password) is required to access each computer. Another login (same username and password) allows access to the internet, eg via IE or Firefox.

 

Problem is that when I open up evernote I am asked to login four times, which is a real drag. Is there anyway around this? Is it possible to have evernote save my username and password so that it logs in automatically, for example? I am able to do this with Firefox. The login box pops up with username and password already populated and I simply press okay.

When you log into Evernote there should be a 'remember me' option,  though it's limited to 7 days.  What OS are you using besides iOS and Android?  I use LastPass to take care of web-based logins,  but if I quit out of Evernote Desktop I (obviously) do have to log back in.
