However, in trying to use the desktop "elephant", I am having no luck.What I have read on here exactly describes what I have done saving a clipping or a note to Evernote, but it does not show up in my notes?I have tried a web page, a note and an audio recording - none have shown up.Also, if I drop down the box from the elephant and try to drag something into it, it closes up before I can complete the drag.I have reviewed the Help information and seem to be doing it correctly.Any help would be appreciated!Thanks!! You're mentioning "web software" and you're also using the desktop 'elephant' - do you have the desktop version of Evernote installed on your computer, or are you using Evernote Web from your browser? Have you logged into Evernote with the same ID details on both Evernote Desktop and Web? Link to comment
