How do I convert hand written notes into text notes

Using something other than Evernote - that's not supported here...

Is there some kind of app I can use ? I am running windows 7

You could save the handwritten notes in Evernote,  which will make a good attempt at decoding your handwriting into a searchable index,  but that index isn't available to you to use instead of the handwritten copy - your notes will still look handwritten,  but they'll be searchable.  Other than that,  I can only suggest that you do an internet search - I don't know of any apps that will convert handwriting to text.

Get a Samsung "Note" device. Their in built s-pen works to convert handwriting to text. I take notes that way in Evernote and it works pretty well.
