Ken Ohashi 0
Hi everyone - I am using a ScanSnap for Evernote; and Evernote 6.0.2 for my Mac. Recently, every time I scan business cards with ScanSnap, Evernote on my Mac continues to crash. Even with only 1 business card. If I scan about say, 12-13 cards, I will have to delete all the scans and start all over. Other documents are scanning fine. Is anyone having the same issue? Link to comment
Toni Kaic 0
Hi, I have the same problem. I have to reinstall Evernote & the Scansnap software if I scan Business cards. Everything else works fine! Link to comment
Simken 5
I have the same problem, and business cards are only brought in as PDF's. Link to comment
jldavis007 0
I just bought my scansnap scanner and have the same issue. Business cards seem to import fine eventually, as long as I continue sending in the problem reports and restarting evernote. Just looks like a bug - any admins on here know if this bug is currently being worked by the engineering team? Link to comment
