Unexpected issue with tags

I've got a bunch of notes tagged with "EVOLUZIONISMO".

 

The other day I was searching for them when I noticed that any "*" search string worked as expected except for tag:evoluz* that resulted in no notes found.

 

I mean, tag:evo*  OR tag:evol* OR tag:evoluzi* .... OR anything else worked fine except for tag:evoluz*

NOTE that this happens just in Evernote desktop for windows and not in my android client.

 

I can't figure out a reasonable explanation.

Can anyone help me with this?
