Sync Fail with EDAMNotFoundException

Greetings! 
I am having trouble with sync on my Windwos PC.
I am unable to sync my notes on my PC, it failes each time with a simple "Sync Fail" Message

I have concluded (I may be wrong) that the note titled "What is Thread?" is causing this sync failed issue. The note doesn't exist in any of my notebooks or thrash anymore. (I confirmed this using Evernote Web client.)
Somehow the corrupt note still exists on the server side and is causing the sync to fail.

 

The sync fails at the same point every single time -

I have tried clearing the Thrash and re-installing Evernote multiple times, nothing has fixed the issue.

Please assist me.

This looks very similar to the problems I have been facing, after a while it seems to get past problem (after failing many times over days) notes but then struggles with another non-existent note. Currently sticking on:

Not been able to sync successfully for a while and no response on my ticket.
