Unable to sync the Notes from the old laptop

I am the Evernote user and enjoyed the Notes from the laptop and the mobile phone. Recently I've changed a new laptop and installed the Evernote and logged into my account  the but I am not able to sync with my old notes. Where are they gone?

Still I can find the notes at the mobile phone. It would be much appreciated it if anyone present a suitable solution for this.

Are you sure you logged into EN using the same account name as before?

Thanks for your guidance!   In fact, YES, I logged into EN using the exactly same account name and password.

Also, I've already taken a necessary action to fix this problem as per the above link but the problem is still same as before. Still no notes are shown.

 

Any thoughts please!

Mac or Windows and what version?  If you go to the web are your notes visible there?

WIndows 8.1. No way to see my notes. They are only visible at my mobile.

If you go to Tools - Options - General you will see the locations of your EN data files.  What is the name, size and update time of the file with an EXB extension in that directory?  Is the file name your account name?
