Unable to Sync

On Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit, using the latest Windows desktop client. I just moved a hundred notes to another notebook, deleted several other notebooks and have been unable to sync completely for the last few hours. Obviously the web version nor the android version I use reflect any of the recent changes. Any others having similar issues? Is it due to the fact I moved a large bulk?

Hopefully this will have sorted itself out by now - as you've noted,  big changes are sometimes slow to load onto other platforms.  Where possible its probably better to do a little and sync often rather than do everything and then flood the system.
