I am on a new MacBook Pro using the latest Evernote desktop app. When I exported the notes I made sure the check box was selected to include all the tags. But when I imported the notes into the new account and viewed them, none of the tags were there. Why? Thank you for any support on this. Link to comment

As long as your original account hasn't been deactivated, could you potentially log back into that and re-export? The only reason I can think of that tags wouldn't be exported in an .enex export is if you thought you had checked off that box, but you really hadn't.... But nothing is impossible and you could have encountered a bug of some kind.... Link to comment
