Add to Evernote in Outlook 2013 crashes

[#pacman 5]

Clicking "Add to Evernote 5" from Outlook 2013 Calendar entry gets the error below.  This is a fresh install of Windows 8.1, Office 2013 and Evernote.  I had the same issue on a completely different laptop running Windows 7, Office 2013.
