Note Title automatically populating with text

Sometimes when i start a new note the title is populated with text from i don't know where - perhaps another app?  How can I get this automatic text out of the title of future notes?

I think you may have to turn off "suggested note titles", which may include your location, calendar data, etc. 

 

By the way, what platform are you using?
