lizyrd 1 Posted November 23, 2014 Share Posted November 23, 2014 I have been using Evernote desk top on my surface for awhile. Installed Evernote touch and the top navigation bar will not show up. Have unintalled and installed several times and can swipe from the top all day and nothing. The only action that shows on bottom bar is the sync icon. Can someone help? Emailed customer service a week ago and got nothing back. I am a premium user and would really like to use this service to the fullest. Any help would be appreciated.thanks Link to comment

I'm not a Touch user - my best advice would be to uninstall and reinstall. If you're a premium user though, you should be able to raise a support request here - https://evernote.com/contact/support/ and as a premium user you will be able to use the Chat feature once you have received an acknowledgement and a reference number.
