v6.0.1 Zoom box jumping to top left corner of page

I like the improvements made with using Penultimate v6.0.1 with the Adonit Jot Script.  However, I'm having issues when writing in the zoom box, sometimes I can barely finish a word before the entire box jumps up to the top left corner of the page, and I have to drag it back down to where I was writing.  Is anyone else experiencing this?  Using it on an iPad Air.
