Have there been new developments since the last discussion about this topic approximately one year ago! Is it now possible to directly post to a blog out of EN?

As in, use Evernote like Wordpress?

Not exactly, no. You can pull an RSS feed out of a public notebook, and you can create a public notebook *from* an RSS feed.

So -

You could create a "Topics" type blog that scours the net for specific headlines, and feed it into Evernote with Feedburner, then post your own anecdotes, photos, etc, and stuff to that as well, and then let your Public Notebook's RSS feed be subscribed to by people.

For example.

But if you want to customize a header, footer, menus, skins, etc, you'll need a host site.
