I have never worked with a product that allows you to log a support ticket, gives you a ticket number but provides no easy way to check on the status of the submitted ticket. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place? Link to comment

If you are a Premium account owner, you can check via Support Chat. See Evernote Chat Support., available 9am-4pm US PST. (Chat option appears AFTER you click “Continue” on initial “Evernote Support” page.) Link to comment
