New Purchase of Evernote Scanner

When will the company upgrade me to premium since I purchased the evernote scanner.

I believe you should receive a physical card with the activation code with the scanner itself. You'll have to wait until you get the scanner and physically enter the code into the website that is printed on the card. At this point you will be upgraded to premium (well, to be completely accurate, you will receive Evernote points, which you can then use to activate your free premium subscription).
