Having an issue when clipping a screengrab using the menu bar elephant icon widget. The screengrabs don't save/sync properly - unable to drag/drop into a chat program/email/document, nor do they save to Evernote. And the most annoying part is that the helper widget doesn't ever dismiss - it's permanently overlaid everything else on the screen. I have to quit out of Evernote entirely to get rid of it. Filed support ticket a week ago and no response yet, basically renders Evernote useless to me.
