I've reinstalled, change pass word, and successfully renewed connection to Google. What suggestions or recommendation do you have in order to reconnect. Thank you in advance.Sky Link to comment

Assuming that you have verified your Internet access using tools like SpeedTest.net, you may need to make some changes to your Internet Options to fix the connectivity issue.
