Upload limit cut off too early?

On >Tools>Account Info, it shows that I have 58 MB left on my upload limit. However, when I try to attach a file I get a message saying I've exceeded the limit.

Any advice?

As Gazumped is fond of saying, the limit is not a target. Based upon your screen caps, You are already in the red zone. I'm guessing the file you are trying to attach would make the resultant note meet or exceed your limit.
