B00giec 0
I know this sounds stupid but I am struggling to resolve the following issue: I set up an evernote using my work email address and then also set up a separate one using my personal email address. I no longer use my work email address (I have left) but I want to use the notes associated with it and continue to use it for new notes. I deactivated my other evernote account associated with my personal email address (it did not have any notes of significance attached to it) and have then tried to change the work email address to the personal email address. However, it will not let me change as it says that my personal email is already in use - even thought I have deactivated my account) How can resolve this as I clearly don't want to have to use my old work email? I hope that makes sense.Thanks. Link to comment

Failing that, you should get in touch with customer support; see https://discussion.evernote.com/topic/51807-best-practices-submitting-a-support-ticket/ Link to comment
