Capture highlighted text to a new note

Is it possible to capture text highlighted on a page of a printed document to a new note.

 

use case:

1. read document and highlight important text
2. use mobile phone Evernote to open camera an capture page
3. only highlighted text is captured to a new note

I don't know of an automatic way of doing this, and for sure Evernote can not do it.

 

Your best bet may be to use something like this scanning pen:

I haven't used it, but it looks interesting.
