aikoaiko 0 Posted November 9, 2014 Share Posted November 9, 2014 When I scan business cards on ScanSnap, 50% of the time ti works fine, but the other 50% of the time the scanned card is "locked" and I get "This note was created in another application. To edit this note, open in the app it was created ." message. How can I remove this lock?Thank you very much for your help!! Link to comment
mcheng 106 Posted November 12, 2014 Share Posted November 12, 2014 This should not be happening with cards from ScanSnap Evernote edition. Are you using another scanning app such as Evernote Hello or a generic ScanSnap model and not the Evernote Edition? If not, then I would file a support ticket via the links below and we can get more detail to understand what may be the problem. Link to comment
