magi911 0 Posted November 9, 2014 Share Posted November 9, 2014 I have downloaded the new version Evernote just 4 minutes ago, and all my notes are missing. what should I do now , and why did it even happen ? Could it be because I am a user not premium account ? Please can anybody answer the notes were from lectures - I am not even able to recreate them again. Link to comment
Level 5* JMichaelTX 4,117 Posted November 9, 2014 Level 5* Share Posted November 9, 2014 First, make sure you are using the same Evernote Account email address for the download/new version as you were using previously where all your notes are. You can also verify your notes are still there by logging in to the EN Web client (don't use the Beta) on Evernote.com. Need more info to help you:What is your desktop platform, and what OS ver? acorn 1 Posted November 10, 2014 Share Posted November 10, 2014 Same thing has happened to me! I upgraded in my iPad and my notebooks now have no content. I have logged onto the Desktop version and all my notebooks are there- how do I get them to my iPad? Link to comment
Level 5* JMichaelTX 4,117 Posted November 10, 2014 Level 5* Share Posted November 10, 2014 To fix the EN iPad issue, try uninstalling Evernote, restart your iPad, and then redownload/install Evernote. If this does not fix your problem, then I suggest you Submit a BUG report via an EN Support Ticket. In the Support Form, select "Report a bug, crash, or data lost", and start the Ticket Title with "BUG: " to make it clear. Reporting a bug should be available to all users, including Free Account owners. Link to comment
