Sounds like a question you should ask Support. As a Premium Member you could try the Live Chat option during business hours, which are 9:00 to 5:00 PM, PST. Here's the link explaining how:

I have activated 12 months premium account as Samsung gift for tablet. If I activate additional gift for Samsung phone, will be 3 premium months added to 12 months period or new gift will rewrite old gift?
