Does anyone know why I have documents typed in full of spelling errors which are recognised as spelling errors when I right click them, but are not underlined as spelling errors when I type? Response times from actual humans can be pretty slow; 5 days is what I experienced recently.Also, you can try Premium chat, which should give you a human more quickly.
