Lack of support for spell check issue

Premium user on iMac running Yosemite. 4 days and no support from Evernote which is appalling. Does anyone know why I have documents typed in full of spelling errors which are recognised as spelling errors when I right click them, but are not underlined as spelling errors when I type? One would think this was a pretty simple feature.

Did you get a ticket# via email? Post that, and we may be able to escalate. Response times from actual humans can be pretty slow; 5 days is what I experienced recently.

Also, you can try Premium chat, which should give you a human more quickly.
