Chat is only available to premium users & I don't think it's 24/7. EN does not provide phone assistance except maybe (I forget) to EB. If you have paid for an upgrade & it's not reflected in your account, be sure to sync your computers/devices. If it still is not reflected, log into your account to see if it's relfected there. If not, you will need to submit a support ticket (see my sig) and then post the ticket number on the message board, so it can be flagged by a moderator to be attended to by EN staff. Link to comment

My ticket number is : Ticket# 797547 - My account says I'm not premium but yet I've paid for and been charged for a premium account. In addition I cannot clip items into my Link to comment
