Problem changing Tag/Note name

Since recently, on my Win 7 Desktop, I am unable to change the title or the category of a Tag or a Note - when I do, nothing happens, no error message - it just ignores the changes.  How do I fix this?

Things to try:

* Shut down Evernote entirely (File / Exit) and restart

* Re-install Evernote

* Reboot your computer

* Contact customer support

 

These all seem to be functioning fine in the latest Evernote for WIndows release (5.7.0.5492)
