Is it possible that we can create citations manually?

It seems that we can copy text from the new feature — context and generate a formatted  citation which is elegant.

 

But sometimes we need to create a citation copying from somewhere else. So is it possible that we can create this citation manually and generate the citation format as well?

Which platform are you using? I tried on iPad and iPhone - and a context result that I tap on redirects me to Safari. I am not able to create a formatted citation as you mentioned. Are you using the new Web Beta? I tried on the web... and I don't seem to get the same context results at the bottom of the same note I tried in iOS.
