What does it mean by 'Days Left in Cycle' under Account info

Hi,

 

Under my account info from the Evernote app on my handphone, there is this portion that says 'Days Left In Cylce'. What does this mean? Does it actually mean the number of days I can use the account for free?

So:  "The number of days until your montly upload quota is reset."  You can continue to use a free account for as long as you'd like.  There is no time limit.
