I renewed Premium and now cannot access 900+ notes. I am panicking. Spent two hours trying to get support. No one to call. What can I do?

How do I find my notes? I have been an Evernote user for over five years and Premium most of the time. If I could just speak to someone at Evernote to walk me through the steps. I have a desktop Mac, iPhone, laptop and iPad. This problem started when I upgraded Evernote software and re-signed for Premium.

Hi.  What's your operating system?  Have you tried looking for your notes by logging in via a browser to Evernote.com?  Submit a support ticket following the links below.  In a few hours you should be able to get chat support - Chat works weekdays,  PST.
