Tech support told me was due to security fix on older IE and that should be OK on Chrome browsers. I run Chrome and don't know what to do to resolve. Link to comment

Either Support was wrong, or you misunderstood the message, but whether or not you use IE to browse, you need to make some changes in IE or Control Panel.
