charlespitts 0 Posted October 28, 2014 Share Posted October 28, 2014 I upgraded to 5.6.2 and now when I sync I get: "An unexpected error occurred while synchronizing with the Evernote service. The cause is is listed below. Check to make sure your computer and network are operating properly. To resolve this error consider exporting any unsynchronized notes then permanently delete the problematic items from Evernote. if the problem persists select "Customer Support" under the "Help" menu. 1 error occurrednotebook is a required value ******************************************************************** I'm unable to sync anymore. I can't determine what notes are problematic. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you, Charles Link to comment

In the Support Form, select "Report a bug, crash, or data lost", and start the Ticket Title with "BUG: " to make it clear. Reporting a bug should be available to all users, including Free Account owners. You might also check the Evernote Mac > Help > Activity Log to see if you can determine which Note is causing the problem. If you find the problem Note, perhaps changing the Notebook, and then changing it back might help. Have you deleted any Notebooks lately? Link to comment
