Paste in penultima uri and other material

I wanted to save a webpage and write my notes but I could not paste the uri I copied from the Browser on my iPad

Anyone could tell me how to do it?

I am having a similar issue on my iPad II, running iOS 8. Based on reports in other posts, I've deleted the app, reinstalled the app, restarted the iPad, to no avail. Basically, I can no longer copy text from any app (including web pages) and paste into penultimate. The paste menu no longer appears when pressing on the notebook page. Hopefully someone will have a fix soon.
