Matej 0 Posted October 23, 2014 Posted October 23, 2014 Hi everybody, I have (possibly a silly) technical issue: I can't open hyperlinks from my Evernote. Even when I right-click the options menu shows only "edit" and "remove" - no "open". From my MS Word I can open hyperlinks no problem. I don't know how to solve this problem and will be thankful for any advice. Matej
Level 5* jefito 5,598 Posted October 23, 2014 Level 5* Posted October 23, 2014 Evernote for Windows? You should be able to just click on the link, and it will open in your default web browser.
Matej 0 Posted October 23, 2014 Author Posted October 23, 2014 Yeh, and that's how it worked before too. I've refreshed my computer recently and reinstalled a few things and since then it's just not working. Can the reason be that I installed everything the D-disk?
Level 5* jefito 5,598 Posted October 23, 2014 Level 5* Posted October 23, 2014 I wouldn't think that installing on your D: drive would affect it. Is it a link that you can copy and paste into your browser on your own?
Matej 0 Posted October 23, 2014 Author Posted October 23, 2014 Sure, I can copy & paste and open it in my browser... it's just that hyperlink is handier and I wonder why it shouldn't work.
Level 5* jefito 5,598 Posted October 23, 2014 Level 5* Posted October 23, 2014 Oh,it should work; the question was intended to find out if there was something wrong with the link you were using. Guess that that's not the case. I'd recommend that you report this as a bug.
Matej 0 Posted October 26, 2014 Author Posted October 26, 2014 Cool, that might help, thanks for the advice. How do you do it?

jlocke1979 0 Posted December 30, 2014 Posted December 30, 2014 I have had the same issue when Using Chrome as my default browser, however once I switch to using Internet Explorer the problem went away. This isn't an ideal solution (as Chrome is by far my preference for browser), is there any potential resolution to this? Thanks
