The Activity icon (radar dish) on the desktop top menu bar will show some changes, but new or edited notes don't exactly leap out at users anywhere. I've shared notebooks with an "index page" as a home page with note links to the rest of the content. As well as keeping a structure together, that allows you to editorialise a bit and highlight recent changes. Link to comment
