What exactly is the problem you are encountering?  The sync process with EN is a hub-spoke model, so each client synchronises only with the EN servers.  Consequently, when you are having issues like this, accessing EN via the web interface will show you your 'master list' of notes.  You'll then need to establish which of the clients you mention above are not syncing.  On each client there is a way to establish the last sync date/time and status.
