Account hasn't upgraded to Premium

I just upgraded my account to Premium and the updates don't appear to have been made. I have payment confirmation from PayPal, but nothing from Evernote to confirm the upgrade.


I really need to get access to the Premium account ASAP as one of my notes has become blank, so I need to access it's history.


If anyone has any advice it would be much appreciated.
