Hi, I recently renewed my premium prescription through iTunes but it is not working.  I see that the $44.99 transaction has gone through on my bank statement but I am not able to use any of the premium features.  Please help me out.

Tomorrow, after 9am US PST, try Evernote Chat Support. (Chat option appears AFTER you click “Continue” on initial “Evernote Support” page.)


If that is not allowed because you're NOT Premium, then I suggest you Submit an EN Support Ticket

Select "Trouble Logging in or Account Issue" under the "What can we help with" field.


Of course, you can also try submitting the Support Ticket now, and see if they respond by tomorrow morning.

I upgraded to Premium through iTunes. I'm still on Plus on all my devices.  Ticket # 2058329
