Text writing issue for Android app.

Hi. New user here. Having difficulty using the text facility. Inserted a new line and put a check box in automatically. Decided against having it, so deleted it, no prob. But can't backspace to the line above. It just leaves a gap in the paragraph. Any ideas welcome.

The Editor is... eccentric sometimes.  You might have to copy from the line above to the line below the break into a plain text editor and delete the current content,  then copy and paste it back again from the text editor.  Or just delete the whole thing and re-type.  Or try Simplify/ Remove Formatting on the note.  (Beware that would affect any other formatting you might have in that note)  There's some hidden coding in there that you're not deleting.
